Blanca Arias

Blanca has been a paralegal with Pesner Kawamoto since December, 2000. She has extensive experience in the preparation of documents for real estate settlements while working with lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure everything is in order for closing. In addition, she assists our attorneys with large land purchases and sales and attendant construction lending matters. In 2007 she expanded her horizons and is also a part of the estate planning practice.
Prior to joining Pesner Kawamoto, Blanca worked as a paralegal for a number of offices within the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Justice Department. Blanca received her Legal Assistant Diploma from The Washington Business School in 1999.

Donna is the owner of DCB, Inc. and an independent consultant to Pesner Kawamoto. She began working with our firm in the spring of 2001. As our on-site accountant, Donna manages our accounts and maintains records of all transactions and billings. She also works in the preparation of inventories and accountings for our estate administration department.

Steve has worked for the law firm's affiliated title agencies since 1988 and is licensed in Virginia for three national title insurance companies. Following his original career as a telecommunications technician he is also the liaison for the law firm for its Information Technology, telecommunications and equipment needs.

Julie joined Pesner Kawamoto in June of 2010. She comes with 6 years of local & national professional experience in purchase & refinance transactions including preparation of documents and processing each individual case efficiently. She works with lenders, sellers, buyers and agents to ensure smooth closings. She supports Craig Kawamoto, Susan Pesner and Mark Graybeal with all of their administrative and processing needs including title work preparation, settlement statement preparation and review, recording and post closing and funding and disbursing. Julie is a high energy person with attention to detail and a personable attitude.

After taking some time off to raise her children Cindy reentered the workforce working for the local school system and now works for the firm's affiliated title agencies. Cindy has been a licensed title agent for over twenty years.
